Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Golden Eaglets coach, Emmanuel Amuneke, failed to appear in court on Monday morning and answer to charges over the transfer of Chidiebere Nwakali to Manchester City in 2014.
Monday Godwin, the President of Emmanuel Amunike Soccer Academy, had claimed yesterday that they were not served any notice and was unaware of any court case, despite the case published by several websites and a national newspaper.
Now, a member of Amuneke’s inner circle, Emeka, says the Nigeria U17s coach is a recipient of the Member of the Order of the Niger (MON) Award and will not appear in court and nothing will be done.
The case between the former Sporting Lisbon star and Dominic Egbukwu/Oliver Noah of Noga Sports Management has been adjourned to January 19, 2016.
