Official : Mossley AFC Announce Capture Of Ex Man City Fullback Lanre Olapade

Mossley AFC have bolstered their squad with the signing of Anglo - Nigerian defender Lanre Olapade.

Born July 5, 1996, Olapade last defended the colours of Ramsbottom United and spent his formative years as a footballer at the youth team of Manchester City.

Last season, the 19 - year - old was on the books of Conference North side Colwyn Bay and made 20 appearances for the club in the league.

The highly - rated fullback played for the youth and reserve teams of Fleetwood Town prior to his move to Llanelian Road.

Lanre Olapade could make his competitive debut for Mossley on Saturday against Farsley Celtic FC .
