Based on earlier estimations by club medics, Moses is due to return to action in the new year following a hamstring injury he picked up against Manchester United on December 5.
Head of Medical at West Ham, Stijn Vandenbroucke, has revealed that he expects the Nigeria international to spend a minimum of two more weeks on the sidelines, while coach Bilic said the creator has started running.
“I think Lanzini should be OK for the Villa game and Dimi is recovering really well. He is training and should be training with us maybe in ten days to two weeks, ” said Slaven Bilic to the Hammers official website.
“Also Winston Reid is going to start to run, as is Victor Moses. We know he is back and fit, so it looks really good.”
The 25 - year - old Moses has been in action ten times in the Premier League since he arrived at Boleyn Ground on a season - long loan move from Chelsea.
