Etebu Officially Declares Plan To Run For NWFL Hot Seat

Bayelsa Queens Secretary, Mrs Ruth Etebu has formally declared her intention to run for the next Nigeria Women Football League election.
With the Annual General Congress of the Nigeria Football Federation taking place on Wednesday 16th December, election guidelines are expected to be made available in the coming days.
The experienced administrator becomes the first aspirant to officially declare as a chairperson in the election which is expected to take place in the last week of January, 2016.
Speaking with newsmen at the Canewood Hotel on Thursday in Warri, Etebu said that she decided to join the race after seeking advise from her family members, friends and some stakeholders in the football family.
The congress has reportedly agreed to have a two-week grace for candidates for the collection and return of nomination forms, so as to give all interested stakeholders equal opportunity to vie for their various positions.
