Adigun Salami Hoping To Join New Team In January
Former FC Midtjylland midfielder Adigun Salami has been without a club for six months since he parted company with SønderjyskE.<br /><br />Now 27, the FC Ebedei product was regarded as one of the top talents produced by the academy and was invited to train with English club Chelsea in January 2008.<br /><br />Danish champions FCM expected great things from Salami but injuries curtailed his development and he suffered the same fate when he transferred to SønderjyskE.<br /><br />I hope soon that a club will give me the opportunity to play, so I can show my self again. I feel ready and just trying to find a club where I can play football, ” says Salami to Jyllands-Posten. <br /><br />“I hope to find in January, and it may be in the first or second division. Just the best possible level. ”<br /><br />Salami made over 100 appearances for FC Midtjylland before he quit the club three years ago.<br />
