Exclusive : Borussia Monchengladbach End Chase For Kehinde Fatai

Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Borussia Mönchengladbach have thrown in the towel in their pursuit of former Flying Eagles frontman Kehinde Fatai.
Intermediaries representing the German Bundesliga club had opened a line of communication with the Sparta Prague star over the possibility of moving to Borussia-Park in the January transfer window and went as far as contacting the player’s dad.
At first, Fatai was interested in the proposal from Germany but later changed his mind and stopped taking calls from the agents.
Last summer, the 25 - year - old ended his eight - year association with Romanian clubs, penning a three - year contract with Sparta Prague.
He has scored 12 goals ( 2 assists ) in 27 appearances across all competitions for the Czech Republic vice - champions.
