Published: January 26, 2016
The Super Eagles are optimistic of qualifying for the quarterfinals of the African Nations Championship on Tuesday after their clash against Guinea at the Umuganda Stadium, Gisenyi, starting from 1500 hours.
The team walk which is customary on match days in order for the players to bond has been concluded.
After the team walk which was held by Lake Kiv, the squad had lunch before a meeting with coach Sunday Oliseh and his lieutenants.
During the meeting, Oliseh will break down the Guinean side and pass on instructions to the players on how he wants the team to play and get their goals.
Nigeria will certainly qualify for the knockout rounds if they avoid defeat against the West African opponents and will top the group if they win.
