Agent Confirms Premier League Clubs Are Queuing Up For Ahmed Musa
Published: January 28, 2016
Ahmed Musa’s intermediary, Tony Harris, has confirmed that Leicester City and a couple of clubs in the English Premier League have made enquiries about the availability of the CSKA Moscow striker.
But the London-based agent admitted that the Super Eagles skipper is likely to remain with the Muscovites because negotiations are proving difficult and the transfer window will soon close for business .
“There is little time left before the end of the transfer window, we are waiting for developments. Sometimes the situation is changing in the last few hours. But most likely Ahmed remains in Moscow,” said Harris to sport-express.ru.
“ To play in England is tempting for each player, and Musa is no exception. He would willingly go there but it is necessary to his club to agree to the proposed terms.
“However, there is no urgency. Ahmed is happy in Moscow. But if there is a suitable offer, he will certainly consider.”
Apart from the interest from the Foxes, Musa is also on the radar of Manchester United and Everton.
