Premier League Wrap : No Debut For Emenike; Moses & Anichebe Come Off Bench;  Iheanacho Replaced; Iwobi Not Involved Catch up on the performance of players of Nigerian descent on game week 24 in the English Premier League on Tuesday night.

There was no debut for Emmanuel Emenike in West Ham’s 2-0 win against Aston Villa at the Boleyn Ground.

Super Eagles winger Victor Moses joined the party four minutes from time, while Angelo Ogbonna did not make the squad. There was a rare start for Villa’s Anglo-Nigerian striker Gabby Agbonlahor, who was later replaced ten minutes from time.

Jordon Ibe was an unused substitute in Liverpool’s 2-0 loss to table-toppers Leicester City at King Power Stadium .

Kelechi Iheanacho was replaced at the break in Manchester City’s 1-0 win over Sunderland. The 19-year-old has now made 15 appearances in the EPL.

Super Eagles young striker Alex Iwobi did not make Arsenal’s squad as they played out a goalless draw with Southampton at the Emirates.

Tottenham Hotspur have climbed to third position in the standings following their 3-0 away win versus Norwich City. 

England starlet Dele Alli opened scoring in the second minute and was replaced in the 46th minute, while Josh Onomah failed to make the 18-man squad for the Londoners.

Stoke City number nine Peter Odemwingie watched proceedings from the bench in the Potters 3-0 loss to Manchester United.

Victor Anichebe was introduced in the 69th minute as West Brom drew 1-1 with Swansea City at  The Hawthorns.
