Angelo Ogbonna Ecstatic After Netting Game-Winner Vs Liverpool
Angelo Ogbonna was delighted after netting the match-winner as West Ham beat Liverpool 2-1 to advance to the fifth round of the FA Cup on Tuesday night.<br /><br />In the final minute of extra time and with the game heading to penalties, the Italian-Nigerian directed a close-range header into the net to send the Hammers fans into wild jubilation. <br /><br />“It was my first goal for West Ham and in front of our supporters, so I am really happy for my teammates, for everybody. I really enjoyed it, ” Ogbonna said to West Ham’s official website.<br /><br />“I’m still excited, and I want to enjoy this moment. It’s unbelievable. It was a great ball from Dimitri, and Andy, Collins, we all could score [with service like that].<br /><br />“We had a really good mentality, we defended together, attacked together, switched the ball and were really good on Tuesday.”<br /><br />Ogbonna has 18 appearances to his name in all competitions so far this season.<br />
