Thierry Henry Believes There Are Internal Problems At Man City After Players Snub Kelechi Iheanacho
Published: February 14, 2016
Ex-France international Thierry Henry reckons there are internal problems at Manchester City after none of the players on the pitch celebrated with Kelechi Iheanacho following his strike against Tottenham Hotspur.
The Citizens lost 2-1 with the Nigeria national-teamer netting his ninth goal of the season across all competitions in the 74th minute of the encounter at the Etihad.
“I know you have to go and get the ball back but no one went to celebrate with Iheanacho,” Henry said to Sky Sports.
“That’s something that, I don’t know, you scored a goal, go and celebrate with the guy. No one went to celebrate with him. He was in the corner there.
“I think Vincent Kompany went with him and someone else but that’s it. ”
