Official : KuPS Announce Signing Of Super Eagles Star Paul Onobi

Finnish club Kuopion Palloseura have pulled off a major transfer coup after announcing the signing of Nigeria international Paul Onobi, subject to the player passing a medical examination.
The central midfielder has agreed a one-year deal with KuPS, with the Veikkausliiga side retaining the option of extending the contract in November 2016.
KuPS have already done transfer business with Nigerian players ahead of the upcoming season with the capture of former Warri Wolves stars Azubuike Egwuekwe and Gbolahan Salami.
Onobi, who last defended the colours of Sunshine Stars, was part of the Super Eagles squad at the 2016 African Nations Championship.
Meanwhile, Azubuike Egwuekwe will jet into Kuopio, Finland in the coming days after successfully resolving his visa and work permit issues.
