Exclusive: Watford Insist On One Million Pounds Annual Wages To Sign Isaac Success
Published: February 29, 2016
Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Watford continue to thrash out financial terms with representatives of Granada frontman Isaac Success.
The ex-Golden Eaglets star’s move to the Vic in the summer is inevitable, with the Hornets set to lose the services of their prolific forward Odion Ighalo.
But the stumbling block is that Success has been offered 20,000 pounds per week(approximately £1m pa) by Watford, and that figure that has been deemed insufficient by the player’s camp, who are holding out for 50,000 pounds per week.
If the parties can reach an agreement, the Royal Force Academy product will put pen to paper on a four-year contract.
The 19-year-old is tied to Granada until the summer of 2019.
