Finnish Federation Requests For ITC Of KuPS New Signing Azubuike Egwuekwe

Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Veikkausliiga side KuPS requested for the International Transfer Certificate of Super Eagles defender Azubuike Egwuekwe via the Football Association of Finland on Wednesday morning.
At this point in time, the Nigeria Football Federation is yet to respond to the Football Association of Finland, with TMS Manager Nasiru Jibril claiming that he was in a meeting with the eggheads at the Federation.
Egwuekwe, 26, has been in Finland for the past nineteen days but can’t debut for his new employer due to the missing paperwork and it is understood that he has contacted a lawyer to assist him process the document as quickly as possible.
Subject to the issuance of his ITC by the NFF, the former Warri Wolves defender will make his debut in the League Cup game against Mikkelin Palloilijat on Friday, March 18.
The central defender has penned a 1+1 year deal with club from Kuopio.
