Published: March 20, 2016
Kelechi Iheanacho could make his 21st appearance in the Premier League this season when Manchester City meet their bitter rivals Manchester United at City of Manchester Stadium on Sunday evening.
The Taye Academy product has been named on the bench alongside Ivory Coast forward Wilfried Bony.
Iheanacho has been given a run-out in the last eight games played by the Citizens in the Premier League but was omitted from the roster for the Champions League tie with Dynamo Kiev five days ago.
Of the 20 matches the 19-year-old has stepped out onto the pitch, only three were starts, against Norwich City, Crystal Palace and Sunderland.
Manchester United coach Louis van Gaal has not summoned the young midfielder Tosin Kehinde even though he was registered for the Premier League.
