Portland Timbers Frontman Fanendo Adi Named Fourth Best Player In Major League Soccer

Super Eagles invitee Fanendo Adi has been named the fourth best player in Major League Soccer based on the Audi MLS Player Index for Week 3.
The Portland Timbers star rescued his side from the jaws of defeat at Providence Park on Saturday by scoring a brace to take his tally in the league to three goals from as many games.
In the ranking of players, Fanendo Adi occupied the fourth position with a cumulative score of 1,275.
Sacha Kljestan(New York Red Bulls), Bobby Shuttleworth(New England Revolution) and C.J. Sapong(Philadelphia Union) in that order tallied more points than the Nigerian.
Adi had been in the running for the MLS Player of the Week Award but eventually lost out to Felipe of New York Red Bulls.
