Brighton & Hove Join Leicester City In Race For Manchester City Young Star Oseni
Published: March 24, 2016
Manchester City defender Nathaniel Oseni is undergoing trials with Brighton & Hove Albion with a view to a transfer in the near future.
The 19-year-old was in action for the Under-21 team of Brighton in their 1-1 draw with Newcastle United in the U21 Premier League Division 2 on Wednesday night and lasted the distance at the Checkatrade.com Stadium.
Nathaniel Oseni had a chance to score the game-winner in the closing minutes of the contest after he was fed by Ward but his effort narrowly missed target.
The stopper was linked with a move to Leicester City earlier this month, having played for the Foxes in the U21 Premier League.
Oseni joined Manchester City as a first year scholar in the summer of 2013 and assisted the U18 squad lift the Premier League North Division title the following year.
