Egypt Hero El-Hadary: Egypt Will Beat Nigeria If.....
Published: March 24, 2016
Egyptian legend Essam El-Hadary has declared that the national team will defeat Nigeria on Friday if they are intelligent and have the desire to play.
The seven-time African champions will almost seal qualification for the 2017 tournament in Gabon if they can pick up four points from their two back-to-back fixtures against Nigeria.
“The whole team is highly concentrated, and the coaching staff also has one goal which is to resolve to qualify for the African Cup of Nations,” said El-Hadary to filgoal.com
“We aim to capture the ticket to qualify for the tournament before the end of the playoffs months later, and this needs to be two things, namely, intelligence and heart to play, and then will come to win.”
Goalkeeper El-Hadary won the African Cup of Nations four times with the Egyptian National Team, in 1998, 2006, 2008 and 2010.
