Nigeria international Alex Iwobi is one of the nominees for Arsenal Goal of the Month award for March 2016.<br /><br />The Gunners revealed the nominees via their official webpage on Thursday, with strikes from Joel Campbel, Aaron Ramsey, Alexis Sanchez,Theo Walcott,Welbeck,Elneny and Giroud all in the running for the award.<br /><br />Iwobi scored his maiden goal for Arsenal in their 2-0 win against Everton before the international break, racing into the box and slotting past the Toffees netminder in the 42nd minute. <br /><br />The attacking midfielder has also been nominated for the Vitality Player of the Month award alongside Egypt star Elneny, Welbeck,Giroud ,Walcott,Joel Campbell, David Ospina and Alexis.<br /><br />Iwobi is currently on international duty with Nigeria and could make his competitive debut for the Super Eagles this month.<br /><br /><b>Igho Kingsley</b><br /><br /><br />
