Lazio Midfielder Eddy Onazi Leads Cheerleaders In Kaduna
Published: March 25, 2016
Lazio’s Eddy Onazi is suspended for the Super Eagles clash against Egypt on Friday evening but his heart is still with the national team and he has offered his support.
The defensive midfielder has called on the fans to show their undiluted support to the players during the game at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium in Kaduna.
“Arise O Compatriots! Show some love to us we line up to represent Our Great Country. #SoarSuperEagles #SuperEagles #SuperNaijaFans,” Onazi posted on Twitter.
“Although I’d miss the game as the last of my suspension, I’d be drumming from the side. Let’s paint the town #Green #SoarSuperEagles.”
Onazi was handed a two-match suspension by CAF following his red card in Nigeria’s first fixture in the qualifiers against Chad.
