Chelsea Loanee Moses : The Boys Battled Hard
Published: March 25, 2016
The Super Eagles missed the opportunity to go top of their group in the African Cup of Nations qualifiers after surrendering a 1-0 lead at home to Egypt on Friday evening.
Chelsea loanee Victor Moses was disappointed with the result but reckoned that the team gave it their all and will go full blast on Tuesday in the reverse fixture.
“Shame we couldn’t get the win today but the boys battled hard and we move on to Tuesday now,”Moses tweeted.
Moses, a former England youth-teamer, earned his 25th camp for Nigeria when he came on for Ahmed Musa in the 71st minute.
