Kennedy Igboananike Misses Out On MLS Goal Of The Week After Losing To Adam Jahn

Chicago Fire frontman Kennedy Igboananike has missed out on the MLS Goal of the Week accolade for the last round of matches.
The former AIK star was nominated alongside seven other players for the most eye-catching goals scored in game week five.
The Nigerian had defeated Patrick Nyarko (DC United) in the first round of voting, with 69 percent of the fans voting for him compared to the Ghanaian who had 31 percent.
In the semifinals, Kennedy Igboananike squared off against the eventual winner, San Jose Earthquakes striker Adam Jahn, but could not make the finals.
The 27-year-old netted his 11th goal in a Chicago Fire shirt against Philadelphia Union last Saturday.
