England rising star Dele Alli will miss the rest of the season after the English FA handed him a three - match ban following his misconduct in Monday night&rsquo;s 1-1 draw with West Brom at White Hart Lane.<br /><br />The Tottenham Hotspur midfielder was caught on video hitting West Bromwich Albion midfielder Claudio Yacob in the midriff in the 26th minute.<br /><br />The 20-year-old Alli will miss Monday&rsquo;s game against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge and the next two fixtures against Southampton and Newcastle United.<br /><br />Alli had argued that the ban was excessive but his claim was dismissed by an Independent Regulatory Commission hearing on Thursday.<br /><br />He played 46 matches for Spurs in all competitions in his debut season, scoring 10 goals in the Premier League.<br /><br />Igho Kingsley <br /><br />Photo Credit : tottenhamhotspur.com<br />
