Ike Ugbo scored his 23rd and 24th goals of the season as Chelsea U18s played out an entertaining 2-2 draw with Liverpool in the Premier Academy League on Friday night at the Recreation Ground (Aldershot, Hampshire).<br /><br />The England youth international and Tariq Uwakwe made the starting XI of the Young Blues, while ex-Golden Eaglets trainee Ovie Ejaria started in midfield for the Reds.<br /><br />Ugbo restored parity for Chelsea after Kane had put the visitors in front in the 14th minute, heading home a free-kick taken by Muheim.<br /><br />On 73 minutes, the 17-year-old made it 2-2. He struck from the edge of the box after driving past the Liverpool defense, and came close to netting a hat-trick and the winning goal but headed over.<br /><br />Before Ejaria was substituted, he had a decent opportunity to restore Liverpool&rsquo;s lead but his attempted flick over the goalkeeper went narrowly wide.<br /><br />Next up for Chelsea U18s is a trip to Blackburn Rovers next weekend while Liverpool have ended their season.<br /><br />Ifeanyi Emmanuel<br />
