Vincent Onovo trained with the first team of HJK Helsinki on Tuesday after spending close to one month on the sidelines due to a knee injury. <br /><br />The defensive midfielder last featured for the Veikkausliiga powerhouse on April 18 when he lasted the distance against SJK .<br /><br /><span class="&quot;&quot;">&ldquo;I had an injury against SJK but I am back again, I started training with the first team today.
