Nigeria U23s Target Ayo Obileye Departs Charlton Athletic

English League One club Charlton Athletic have parted company with Ayo Obileye, writes the official website of the Addicks.
Charlton Athletic have confirmed a list of seven players that were told to seek pastures new in the upcoming season following the expiration of their contracts, including the Nigerian defender.
The London-born Obileye joined the Addicks in 2014 and did not make an appearance for the first team in competitive fixtures during his time at The Valley.
He enjoyed loan spells at Dagenham & Redbridge , making 42 appearances in the league and scoring two goals.
Obileye, who trained with the Nigeria U23s in April, began his career with the youth team of Leyton Orient before joining the academy teams of Chelsea and Sheffield Wednesday.
