Official : Nigerian Striker Ihenacho Joins New Club In Germany

Aloy Ihenacho has signed a deal with German 3 Liga club FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt ahead of the 2016-2017 season, the Erfurt, Thuringia-based team have informed via their official webpage.
The 20-year-old offensive player notched 4 goals (7 assists) for Ingolstadt II in the Regionalliga Bayern last term which drew the attention of Rot-Weiß Erfurt.
Born in Ibadan, Ihenacho has penned a two-year contract with Rot-Weiß Erfurt which will keep him at the club until the summer of 2018.
He started off his career in Germany with the youth team of Rosenheim before joining Ingolstadt in 2012.
The youngster made Ingolstadt’s 18-man squad for their Bundesliga clash against Stuttgart in March but did not come off the bench.
