Super Eagles Fall Out Of Africa Top 15 Teams In Latest Fifa Ranking

Football governing body, Fifa, on Thursday morning published its latest ranking of National Teams.
Compared to their position the previous month, the Super Eagles have dropped nine places and now occupy the 70th position along with Congo, while they are joint 16th in the continental ranking.
Algeria, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Senegal and Egypt are the top five teams in Africa in that order.
Our other rivals to book a ticket to the 2018 World Cup - Cameroon and Zambia - sit in the 53rd and 88th positions in the updated ranking.
There were no changes in the top five in the global ranking, meaning Argentina, Belgium, Colombia, Germany and Chile lead the way.
The next ranking will be published by the official website of Fifa, fifa.com, on August 11, 2016.
