Chuba Akpom Gets New Jersey Number At Arsenal
Published: July 18, 2016On Monday, English Premier League side Arsenal published the updated profiles of their players for the 2016-2017 season on their official webpage, arsenal.com.
Based on the jersey number allocated to Chuba Akpom, he will be suiting up with the number 32 kit in the new season, that is if he is not sold or loaned out by the Gunners before the close of the summer transfer window.
The England U21 international was handed the number 19 shirt at Hull City last term, while he wore the number nine and twenty three jerseys during his loan spell at Coventry City and Brentford respectively.
When Akpom made his last official appearance for Arsenal before he was loaned out to Nottingham Forest, a 2-0 win over Middlesbrough back in February 2015, he played with the number 38 jersey.
At Nottingham Forest, he was handed the number 31 shirt.
