Published: July 21, 2016
Ovie Ejaria lined up in the center of midfield as Liverpool made it four wins from four pre-season games after seeing off Huddersfield Town 2-0.
Unsurprisingly, the 18-year-old knitted the midfield , showed his class and the Reds lost balance in that position after he subbed out before the start of the second half.
Wednesday evening’s game was Ejaria’s fourth in pre-season as he was also given a run out against Tranmere Rovers, Fleetwood Town and Wigan Athletic.
Goals from Marko Grujic and Alberto Moreno secured a win for Liverpool at the The John Smith’s Stadium.
Jürgen Klopp and his charges will head to the United States on Thursday morning to continue their preparations ahead of the forthcoming season.
