Seven Nigerian Young Stars Named In Arsenal Roster For Premier League

London-based club Arsenal have lodged their squad list with the Premier League.
Seven players of Nigerian descent can feature for the Emirates outfit in the English top-flight in the first half of the 2016-2017 campaign.
Super Eagles attacking midfielder Alex Iwobi, England U21 international Chuba Akpom, Tolaji Bola, Aaron Eyoma, Kelechi Nwakali, Joseph Olugbebga Olowu, Tobi Omole are the Nigerian young stars registered for the Premier League.
It should be noted that Flying Eagles skipper Kelechi Nwakali has not yet been granted a work permit by the British authorities and has been farmed out on loan to Dutch club MVV Maastricht for the time being.
All the Nigerian players that made Arsene Wenger’s roster were classified as Under-21 players.
