Published: September 14, 2016
Following an injury sustained by Theo Walcott, the Nigeria international replaced the Three Lions star in the starting line-up and had a couple of chances to score, including the build-up to Alexis Sanchez’s 77th minute equalizer.
Arsenal went behind after 44 seconds when Cavani nodded home , the earliest goal the Gunners have conceded in the Champions League to date.
“Tough Game , Glad To Get The Point , However Very Disappointed Not To Grab The Winner ðâ½ï¸â¤ï¸ #BIG17 #AFC, ” posted the Arsenal number 17 on Twitter.
Added Iwobi on Snapchat : “Head Gone. Missed two clear cut chances.”
The 20-year-old’s appearance at the Parc des Princes, Paris was his third game for the Emirates outfit since he debuted in the competition against Bayern Munich in November 2015.
