Published: September 15, 2016
Through their official website, Premier League club Chelsea have confirmed that Nigeria internationals John Obi Mikel and Victor Moses are set for club milestones if they are given a run out against Liverpool on Friday, September 16.
If Mikel steps out onto the Stamford Bridge turf, it would be his 250th appearance in the English top-flight while Moses is in line to wear the Blues shirt for the 50th time in his career.
The winger has been involved in every single game for Chelsea so far this season, four substitute appearances in the Premier League and his start in the League Cup whereas Mikel is still waiting to play his first game.
The defensive midfielder missed the beginning of the season after he was allowed to participate in the Olympic Games, where he helped Nigeria to win the bronze medal.
