New Pogba, Ejaria Now Doing His Thing With Liverpool U23s; Features In Win Vs Sunderland
Published: September 25, 2016
The central midfielder had trained with the Reds first team last week, fueling speculation that he might make his debut in the English top-flight against Hull City yesterday but it did not happen.
Ejaria was in the starting line-up in today’s game alongside Portugal youth-teamer Tiago Ilori and Sunderland duo Josh Maja and Joel Asoro.
Liverpool U23s registered their fourth win of the campaign thanks to goals from Daniel Ings (2) and Alexander-Arnold.
Ejaria, Ilori, Maja and Asoro were substituted in the second half.
