Tosin Kehinde Makes Cameo Appearance In Manchester United U23 Loss To Everton

Nigerian midfielder Tosin Kehinde played his first game for Manchester United U23s for close to a month in Premier League 2 but could not prevent the Red Devils from suffering a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Everton on Monday night.
The outcome of the match was already decided when the 18-year-old subbed in in the 73rd minute.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin got the ball rolling in the 19th minute before Niasse’s strike seven minutes out of intermission sealed the win for the Toffees at Haig Avenue (Southport, Merseyside).
Prior to today’s tie with Everton, Kehinde last appeared for the Old Trafford side in their 1-0 win over Villarreal II in the Premier League International Cup on September 13, and was not selected for league games against Derby County and Manchester City.
United States youth international Matthew Olosunde was a non-playing substitute against Everton tonight.
