Exclusive : Kennedy Boboye To Pocket N36 Million Wages In Two-Year Plateau United Deal

Contrary to earlier reports by a section of the media that Kennedy Boboye was unveiled as Coach Of Plateau United on Wednesday, the Management of the Nigeria Professional Football League side actually did the unveiling today at the Club Office opposite Hilchrest School in Jos.
The General Manager of the side, Pius Henwan, in Company of Plateau State Commissioner for Youth and Sports, Hon. Danladi Mann conducted the unveiling ceremony before members of the Press and supporters of the Club.
Other notables present during the unveiling were football stakeholders who included the Chairman, Plateau Football Association, Hon. Sunday Samson Longbap, Chairman, Plateau Football Coaches Association, Coach Jimmy Ndoma and a host of others.
Boboye who started his professional coaching career with Sunshine Queens of Akure before having stints with Sunshine Stars and later Abia Warriors before moving to the Northern part of Nigeria for the first time with his current Job said his ambition is to win the league and take Plateau United to continental football next season.
He has signed a two-year contract of N36 million in salaries beside other allowances and is expected to resume immediately.
Plateau United who have never won the league before will play in the Nigeria Professional Football league, NPFL, and the Federation Cup next year.
