Published: November 23, 2016
It is half-time in the Group B clash between Nigeria and Ghana in Limbe at the African Women Cup of Nations.
The defending champions took the lead in the 21st minute after Ghana put the ball into their own net, though Arsenal striker Asisat Oshoala initially claimed the goal.
Ghana fought their way back into the game and were awarded a penalty a minute before the interval, which was converted by former Rivers Angels star Elizabeth Addo.
At the end of the first half, Nigeria should have had more than one goal in a game they had more of possession.
