Published: November 30, 2016
Chelsea have congratulated their fullback Victor Moses on being named the most outstanding player in the Premier League for the month of November, an award voted for by PFA Fans themselves.
Moses has excelled in his new right wing-back position, and helped goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois post six shutouts in a row until the defense conceded against Tottenham Hotspur last weekend.
“The Nigerian has excelled for the Blues in our seven-game winning streak and capped off an excellent November by scoring the winning goal against Tottenham on Saturday, ” Chelsea wrote on their official website.
“He was named Man of the Match afterwards having received the same accolade at Middlesbrough a week earlier.
“Well done Victor! ”
Moses also impressed for his national team in November, netting twice as the Super Eagles beat Algeria 3-1 in a World Cup qualifier.
