The Antonio Conte-led side fought hard to record their ninth straight win thanks to Diego Costa’s solitary strike in the 76th minute.
Moses, who was replaced by Cesc Fabregas on 74 minutes, was delighted that Chelsea managed to pick up the three points.
“Tough game today but the win was all that mattered in the end! Amazing support from the fans as always,” he tweeted.
Chelsea currently occupy the top spot with 37 points after 15 rounds.
