Victor Moses has admitted that West Brom gave Chelsea a hard time in a Premier League clash at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon. <br /><br />The Antonio Conte-led side fought hard to record their ninth straight win thanks to Diego Costa<span>&rsquo;s</span> solitary strike in the 76th minute.<br /><br />Moses, who was replaced by Cesc Fabregas on 74 minutes, was delighted that Chelsea managed to pick up the three points.<br /><br />&ldquo;Tough game today but the win was all that mattered in the end!
