Exciting Defender Akin Odimayo Captains Reading In Loss To Man City In FAYC

Reading are out of the FA Youth Cup after suffering a 4-0 loss at the hands of Manchester City at the Madejski Stadium on Thursday evening.
The highly-rated defender Akin Odimayo captained the young Royals and his teammates Jamal Balogun and Ade Shokunbi came off the bench in the 76th and 61st minute respectively.
The fourth player of Nigerian descent, Manchester City attacking midfielder Dele-Bashiru, subbed in with 24 minutes left on the clock.
Goals from Diaz, Foden and Nmecha (2) saw Manchester City through to the fourth round where they will face either Liverpool or Crystal Palace.
