Chelsea Loanee Tammy Abraham Delighted To Score Against Super Eagles GK Ikeme
Published: December 26, 2016
Tammy Abraham was on target as Bristol City lost 3-2 to Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Championship on Monday.
The Chelsea loanee’s 38th minute goal took his tally for the season to fourteen in all competitions, with eleven of those strikes coming in the English second-tier.
Abraham has spoken of his happiness after netting against Carl Ikeme, who was in goal for Wolves, but was disappointed that Bristol City walked away from the Molineux Stadium without getting at least a point.
“Disappointing result. Glad to be on the scoresheet â½ï¸our luck will turn round ðð¾ we stick together #BCFC, ” Abraham tweeted.
An England U21 international, Abraham is on the radar of the Nigeria Football Federation but the striker recently stated that he was not in a hurry to decide his international future.
