Moses Shows Off Defensive Skills; Named Chelsea Best Player Tackling & Ball Recovery

Victor Moses impressed once again at his new wing-back role against Bournemouth, so much so that he was applauded off the pitch in the closing minutes of the contest by the Chelsea faithful
Studies conducted by OPTA and Chelsea after the game revealed that the Nigeria international was Chelsea’s top tackler along with seasoned defender David Luis, with both winning the ball on three occasions .
Moses also ranked first in another category, ball recovery. Of the 53 ball recoveries made by the London team, the Nigerian, Marcos Alonso and Matic were each responsible for a game-high eight.
The ex-Wigan and Crystal Palace star has started each of the last twelve games contested by Chelsea in the Premier League and helped Antonio Conte’s side set a new record of 12 consecutive league wins.
