Published: January 08, 2017
Spanish champions Barcelona have joined Real Madrid in the race for the in-form Tottenham Hotspur midfielder of Nigerian heritage Dele Alli, according to reports.
It is claimed by The Mirror that the White Hart Lane outfit would consider an offer in the region of £70 million, which is fourteen times the amount they paid MK Dons for his services two years ago.
Alli has been in excellent form this season, recording 10 goals and 2 assists in 19 Premier League games.
The 20-year-old was first linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain before the interest from the two European giants.
He has a contract with Spurs valid until 2022 following an agreement he signed in September 2016.
