Former Golden Eaglets trainee Ovie Ejaria was an unused substitute as Manchester City played out an entertaining 1-1 draw with Liverpool at Old Trafford on Sunday evening.
Manchester United found themselves behind in the 27th minute when James Milner converted a penalty kick, his sixth goal of the season.
The referee had awarded the spot kick when Paul Pogba mistakenly handled the ball after losing his bearing.
In the second half, Manchester United continued to chase the game and put pressure on the opponents, and
Zlatan Ibrahimovic came to their rescue in the 84th minute.
Ejaria, 19, has made Liverpool squad for Premier League matches 10 times this season, and has recorded two appearances off the bench.
