Official : Prolific Nigerian Striker Joins Barrow AFC

Vanarama National League club Barrow AFC have announced the signing of prolific striker Inih Effiong.
The 25-year-old joins the Bluebirds from Evo-Stik League Southern Premier Division side Biggleswade Town on a contract for the remainder of the season, with an additional twelve months inserted into the agreement.
He has previously played for Hertford Town, Arlesey Town, Burnham, Dunstable Town, Chesham United, Boreham Wood and St. Albans City.
Effiong attracted the interest of Barrow AFC after netting 37 goals in the last two seasons.
Subject to the confirmation of paperwork by the English FA, the Nigerian could make his competitive debut for his new employer on Saturday against Forest Green Rovers.
