Vanarama National League club Barrow AFC have announced the signing of prolific striker Inih Effiong.<br /><br />The 25-year-old joins the Bluebirds from Evo-Stik League Southern Premier Division side Biggleswade Town on a contract for the remainder of the season, with an additional twelve months inserted into the agreement.<br /><br />He has previously played for Hertford Town, Arlesey Town, Burnham, Dunstable Town, Chesham United, Boreham Wood and St. Albans City. <br /><br />Effiong attracted the interest of Barrow AFC after netting 37 goals in the last two seasons. <br /><br />Subject to the confirmation of paperwork by the English FA, the Nigerian could make his competitive debut for his new employer on Saturday against Forest Green Rovers.<br /><br />Igho Kingsley <br /><br />Photo Credit : aylesburyunitedfc.co.uk<br />
