Everton Next Big Hope Lookman : I Want To Be Like Lukaku
Published: February 05, 2017
England U20 international Ademola Lookman reserved special praise for Romelu Lukaku after the Belgian netted four goals in the Toffees 6-3 rout of Bournemouth in the Premier League.
Lookman, who made his full debut against the Cherries, believes he can learn from playing alongside Lukaku in attack.
“It was a brilliant start and finish, right into the top corner,” said Lookman to Everton TV.
“He’s so clinical, he just scores goals for fun and he’s a great player to play with.
“I can learn a lot off him. His finishing is unbelievable and I want to get to that level, too.”
Everton has been a perfect breeding ground for many Nigerian talents, with the likes of Ross Barkley, Victor Anichebe and Hope Akpan spending their formative years at Goodison.
