Ex-Arsenal Schoolboy Robson-Kanu On Target Against Toothless Gunners, Iwobi Subbed In Arsenal remain five points outside the top four teams after suffering their seventh loss of the season in the Premier League to West Brom at The Hawthorns on Saturday afternoon.

Craig Dawson, with a header from a brilliantly executed corner kick, opened the scoring in the 12th minute for the Baggies, but the visitors needed less than three minutes to restore parity thanks to Alexis Sanchez 18th goal of the season.

One of the heroes of the Welsh squad at Euro 2016, Hal Robson-Kanu, restored the Baggies one-goal advantage nine minutes out of intermission, shortly after coming on as a substitute.

The ex-Arsenal schoolboy of Nigerian descent was on hand to score from ten yards after Ospina failed to deal with a ball in the box, then a brilliant header from Dawson put West Brom two goals up with 15 minutes remaining.

Super Eagles attacking midfielder Alex Iwobi replaced Alexis in the 78th minute, his 35th appearance of the season in all competitions.

West Brom registered their first back-to-back home wins against Arsenal since 1956.
