Relegation-threatened Sunderland are still sweating on the fitness of Victor Anichebe ahead of their game against Leicester City at the King Power Stadium on Tuesday night.<br /><br />Manager David Moyes has confirmed that the Nigeria international is still recovering from a knee injury he sustained in the Premier League clash against West Brom on January 21.<br /><br /><span class="body1">&ldquo;We&rsquo;re in that period though where Victor we&rsquo;re probably missing more than anybody, </span><span class="body1"><span class="body1">&rdquo; Moyes told the national press on Monday.</span> <br /><br /></span><span class="body1"><span class="body1">&ldquo;</span>With or without Jermain we&rsquo;re needing someone who gives us a way of getting up the pitch really.</span><span class="body1">&rdquo;<br /><br />Anichebe has enjoyed a new lease of life since reuniting with his former coach at Everton, with three goals in his last nine matches prior to his spell on the sidelines. <br /><br />Igho Kingsley <br /><br />Photo Credit : safc.com<br /></span>
