Nigerian Wonderkid Will Not Make Manchester United Debut Against Arsenal
Published: May 07, 2017Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has announced his starting line-up for the Premier League clash between his team and Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
The big news for expectant Nigerian fans is that Matthew Olosunde will not debut for the Red Devils, having failed to make their 18-man squad.
There was hope earlier after the young defender traveled with the first team squad to N7 7AJ on Saturday.
As for Arsenal, Super Eagles attacking midfielder Alex Iwobi has been named on the bench for the fourth consecutive game in the English top-flight.
Both teams are still in the reckoning for a Champions League spot two weeks before the end of the 2016-17 season.
