Noah Bazee Celebrates As Hannover Are On The Brink Of Promotion
Published: May 17, 2017
Noah Bazee was delighted after Hannover beat one of their closest challengers for the 2 Bundesliga title, VfB Stuttgart, in the last round of matches, knowing fully well that a draw in their last fixture will see his team gain promotion to the top flight.
The Super Eagles invitee resumed training last week after shelving his plans to undergo surgery, and was at the HDI-Arena as a spectator, having failed to make Hannover's match day squad for the umpteenth time in the last two months.
In an Instagram post, Bazee stated that Hannover are on the brink of promotion but they remain focused ahead of Sunday's away match at Sandhausen.
Injuries have blighted Bazee's campaign, as he has managed only 13 appearances, the last coming on March 18 , when he came off the bench against FC St. Pauli.
That said, the winger has not lost his creativity, having contributed to seven goals in the games he has featured.
